We will give these residences priority when services are reconnected. The Cooperative suggests that you have a stand-by generator available as a precautionary measure.

When members of Lea County Electric Cooperative need to replace their water heater, you can now contact a member services representative and purchase a Marathon water heater. When members invest in a Marathon, it could be the last one they will ever have to buy since they are warranted not to leak for as long as you own your home.

LCEC members can purchase the Marathon water heater at the cooperative's cost and get a $5 per gallon rebate. Marathon water heaters will be installed at the member's expense. LCEC will not be responsible for installation nor referrals for installers.
